Basically the story is a part of a conversation between a CEO and A Journalist --


Journalist: What is the secret of your success?"


CEO: "Two words."


Journalist:"And, sir, what are they?"


CEO: "Good decisions."


Journalist: "And how do you make good decisions?"


CEO:"One word."


Journalist: "And, what is that?"


CEO: "Experience."


Journalist: "And how do you get Experience?"


CEO: "Two words."


Journalist: "And, what are they?"


CEO:"Bad decisions."


The Moral of the story is you just have to get started . No matter what the situation is . You only have two choices -: 1st one To make Excuses and 2nd one is To get Started .

We all know that which option is good . No need to describe, but the thing which focus my point to write this article is that by well knowing the fact what to do in this type of situation . We do what we. Shouldn't . Now the point comes how to get over of this Situation .

The best I can Suggest is just by improving yourself . Now points come  how to do that ?

So , basically you can start with Workout in both the fields - in physical or in mental .

To get Physically fit Start doing exercises and to get mentally fit start reading books and exploring new things . This is the best thing to start the journey .
